Very good food with alot of variety. Clean, spacious and hassle free double room. Friendly staff and Management very visible all the time. Both pools clean and well mended. Spa was definitely on my wife's taste. Very close to the beach on a 5 min walk. My twins were very happy and entertained. Will definitely recommend!!!

First class entertainment from Stany and Gabby my Axel loves them they are always super friendly and great at getting the kids to play or dance they gain confidence every time they see them I would definitely recommend the two of them we will definitely be back soon 100%

4 night all inclusive stay with family, older children. All staff I have spoken to have been friendly, great English and helpful. Location was great for us, beautiful local beaches. Only a short walk and not hilly to the left. Fabulous cliff top walk to the right. Easy to get an Uber or order taxi from reception to visit other areas. Pool cold outside and super hot inside. Gym available. Three entertainment staff that we had fun with in the evenings, lovely people and very loved from the small children that they had played with throughout the day. The usual evening entertainment, karaoke, bingo, singer, take a pack of cards. Lots of choice with drinks and a daily special. Food, not a huge choice in the restaurant but what was cooked was cooked well and very fresh. However the salad in the snack bar was fabulous, all food there was delicious, smoked salmon baguette, yum. Again, more praise for the staff, they couldn't do enough and really made our short stay enjoyable. Thanks

I stayed at this hotel from 6th to 13th April 2025. I was really disappointed with this hotel. It’s absolutely not a 4-star hotel!!! Room: There was no shelf in the wardrobe, so we had to leave a lot of our clothes in the suitcases. No kettle, no coffee, no sugar—nothing in the room. If you want a coffee, you have to go down to the restaurant or the bar. The bar: The bar service is terribly slow, and the staff were quite rude. There was a coffee machine, but it wasn’t working—I think it was broken. :( The restaurant: The food was repetitive. As a vegetarian, I ended up eating the same things all week: vegetable soup, carrots, peas or brussel sprouts and potatoes. The options were almost identical every lunch and dinner. The cakes were inedible, and the fruit selection was disappointing—just pineapple, orange, and yellow melon. No watermelon at all!!! The last two days, we ended up going out for dinner to a restaurant because we were really craving some normal food! In the mornings at breakfast, there was a lady making pancakes, but the line was so long. She was incredibly slow, making only 4 pancakes at a time—even though there was space on the grill to make at least 25 at once! Pool: We didn’t use the outdoor pool because it’s not heated—and believe me, you cannot swim or play in it! My daughter loves the water, but she only went in for two minutes before getting out. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who has ever stayed in a proper 4-star hotel in another country or who expects the standards of a true 4-star experience. We booked this hotel through TUI, as we always use them for our holidays—but this time, I’m really disappointed in them as well!!! I expected better quality and better hotel standards from a company like TUI.

Hád some Nice family activities by the pool , and dinner buffet there as well. , close walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants along the ocean. Services and Room were good as well. Easy Access in and out and parking. Good place to get away with family

Being vegetarians we were anxious but the hotel went out of their way to accommodate. The rooms are beautiful. Though we didn’t mention my husband’s bday they saw cards in our room and they organised a surprise cake and bottle of bubbles. Definitely will be going again this year. The staff are amazing, professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is absolutely perfect for the beach and so many cafes restaurants to eat at. A beautiful place. So many beautiful memories
